We design, make and stand behind our teddy bear stuffing machines which are  manufactured at our facility in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Our teddy bear stuffing machines are all American made.

Our machinery is also diverse in that we have both portable and larger machine. Each machine works from the same blower technology. The only difference is in the volume of fiber each machine holds. Our machines are custom made from durable metal. We can offer customized colors, graphics, and designs; we have in-house designers that can customize business logos and graphics targeted for your specific business needs. Once we have manufactured the shells of the machine, they are sent to be sandblasted to remove any raw edges from the welding process and then painted with two coats of hammer tone paint. The fabrications of our machines come with a lifetime warranty. We use CE Certified components to meet the international regulations.

Our stuffing machines are built for the global market with 110 volt in the Americas and 220 volt for European applications.  Our machines are the most meticulously designed teddy bear  stuffing machine in the marketplace today with industrial grade components and safety features which comply with the European standards.  Additionally, our machines have an emergency stop button on the face of the machine and a safety switch on the hopper which disenables the fiber hopper from running if the lid is opened.  We have gone a step further to ensure that we are providing the safest and most efficient teddy bear stuffing machine on the market and have had our machines tested for noise levels.  The test was conclusive and confirms our machines’ Noise Levels fall below the “permissible noise exposures” stated in USA OSHA 1910.95 Regulation Occupational Noise Exposure.
