Q: What is your background, including how you became involved in the designer pet clothing?

 

A: Our Company originated in the teddy bear stuffing industry in 2001.  Since this time, we have developed and patented many new toy industry clothing designs. In 2006, we decided to branch out by combining this knowledge with our love of pets.  Therefore, we are proud to introduce Dog N Togs.  We hope that through us, you will be able to provide those near and dear to your hearts with exactly what every pampered pet needs!

 

Q: What type of customers do you supply?

 

A: We provide our top quality designer dog fashions and clothing lines to wholesale, retail and internet customers worldwide.

 

Q: What is your minimum order amount?

 

A: All of our fashion apparel and accessories are sold in quantities of six per design.  There is no minimum order amount or minimum number of designs required for purchase.

 

Q: Approximately how much does it cost to purchase Dog N Togs items?

 

A: Pricing for all products is posted online in our Dog N Togs products section. Shipping and handling charges will be added at the time your order is placed.

 

Q: How much is shipping and handling?

 

A: After entering your billing and shipping information, you will be presented with the “Order Options” page.  The “Order Options” page provides delivery options along with pricing.  All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested at the time of order.

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

 

A: Dog N Togs ships your products within 24-48 business hours following receipt of your submitted order. On average, 99% of orders received on a business day before noon PST will be shipped out that same day.  To ensure that we are able to ship your order in the timeliest manner possible, please provide us with accurate shipping details.

  

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

 

A: Yes.  We ship anywhere in the world to any desired destination.  To facilitate this process, we will provide our international customers with estimates for freight costs and timelines.  This will allow you to customize your delivery options to whatever best suits your needs.  Dog N Togs international orders will be shipped directly from our European warehouse located in Italy.

 

 Q. What form of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.  Our online ordering platform uses secure socket layering (SSL), the latest technology available.  Credit Card information is encrypted and all Credit Card data is securely destroyed after the order is processed and shipped.  Furthermore, we never share or sell any of our customers’ data to any vendors or third parties.

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?

A: Dog N Togs stand behind our product line.  We will issue a credit or exchange defective items within 15 days of receipt.

Q. What is your policy regarding custom designs?

A: Custom design orders can be submitted to Dog N Togs at any time.  These designs are considered confidential and will be utilized only for order production.  Following design submission, Dog n Togs will provide an estimated quote and time frame for manufacturing.  There will be a minimum order quantity for each customer design order.
