Q: How do I send one as a gift to someone?
A: Currently, when entering the checkout process after you have chosen your gift, you will have the option to choose a different shipping addresss.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: All product prices may be viewed a the Online Store. Shipping and handling will be calculated at the time of checkout.
Q: What do I get when I order on-line?
A: Besides the convenience of shopping at home, you can be assured that your order will be handled with the utmost of care. Unless otherwise requested, all animals ordered through the Online Store will arrived stuffed but undressed. If you have any specific requests, just let us know. Most orders placed Monday-Friday will ship the same day.
Q: How do I pay for this on-line? Is it secure?
A: Both PayPal and our secure site use secure socket layering (SSL) to protect your information. Furthermore, we encrypt your credit card information and dispose of it after the order has been shipped. We further have a membership to a hacker safe software provider to insure complete security of our site.
Q: Do the clothes fit all of the animals?
A: We have both 15 inch and 8 inch animals and the clothing is marked accordingly for each.
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: The Bear Mill has been in business since the year 2000.
Q: Where are your stores located?
A: All stores are independently owned and operated as Franchises, so, you may know someone in your community who actually owns a TBM Store! We no longer sell Franchise but offer a Business Opportunity model as an alternative.
Q: Who is Bobbin’s Bear?
A: You can use the Search feature on our website to learn more about Bobbins Bear, and his family, or, if you would like to meet him visit your nearest TBM Store. We have also introduced Duffels, who is son of Bobbins Bear and his side kick, Little Red . Duffels and Little Red have many adventures in the village of Snugglebrook.
Q. Shipping?
A: When Will My Order Ship?
With few exceptions, all orders ship the same business day that they are received. Orders received after 1:00 p.m., PST may be shipped the following business day.
Can My Order Be Expedited?
Yes, UPS offers Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, shipping International orders is not a problem! European customers will receive their orders via the European Distribution Center located in Italy, which cuts down on shipping cost and saves shipping time.
Q. Refused Orders?
A: If at the time of delivery an order is refused, no refund will be given until the order is returned to us. Once the order has been received and the items on the order verified, any refund given will be less shipping costs and all UPS charges for a refused delivery. In some instances, there may be a 10% restocking fee.
