Q:  How long have you been manufacturing teddy bear stuffing machinery?

 

A:  We have been in business since 2000.  Our company pioneered the portable machine in this industry. We have tried and tested our machine in many different venues.  Once you receive our machinery, simply plug in to the electrical outlet and away you go.

Q:  Do you build your own machines?

 

A:  Yes, we truly manufacture all of our machinery.

Q: Do your machines carry a warranty?

 A: Yes, we have a one year warranty on the mechanics of the machinery and a lifetime warranty on the fabrication.

 

Q: Are your machine components durable.

 

A:  We use only the best industrial grade components.

Q:  Do you convert your machinery for the International market?

 

A:  All of our machinery is built to work in the United States as well the International market.  As the International market follows a different standard of safety for machinery, we have chosen to adopt this stringent safety standard and use it on all of our machines.  We use certified CE components in all of our machinery. 

Q:  Do you use a compressor?

 

A: No.  We have designed and developed a blowing system that is flawless.  Our blowing system fills better than a compressed air system and runs quieter, meeting the OSHA requirements for noise exposure.  Each machine arrives with a safety certificate for noise exposure levels.

Q:  Can the machine be moved easily?

A:  Yes.  We have installed heavy duty wheels to all of our machines for effortless mobility. The front wheels swivel for easy steering.  We have also installed larger wheels on the rear of our portable machines for easier handling on steps.

Q:  Can the portable machines be lifted?

 

A:  Yes.  We have added an ergonomically correct lifting bar to both the front and back of the machine so that two people lifting the machine.

Q:  Does your machine have a hopper?

A:  Yes.  We have also built a light into the chamber so that fluffing of the fiber may be observed.

Q:  Is the hopper safe?

 

A: Yes.  We install an industrial grade keyed kill switch on all of our hoppers.  If the hopper lid is open, the paddle will not operate protecting both the operator and customer.  All doors have locks and are keyed alike.

Q:  What finish is on your machine?

 

A: We send all of our machinery to be sandblasted to remove any metal scratching.  It is then painted with two coats of Hammertone textured paint.  We have chosen a Hammertone textured paint because it is more durable and will not show fingerprints and imperfects that may occur over time.

Q:  What other safety features does your machine have over others in the market place?

 

A:  We have taken great care in ensuring the safety of both the  customer and operator of the machine.  Not only do we have the hopper kill switch, we install an emergency shut off switch on the front of the machine.

Q: Is your system easy to operate?

 

A:  Our machine is the easiest machine to operate.  It is guaranteed never to clog.  Our blowing technology is second to none.  This technology is designed to prevent clogging our machine and has back air pressure, if the operator does not allow fiber to flow freely; the back pressure system prevents the machine from clogging allowing any inexperienced operator to work and or learn the machine with no downtime.

Q:  How will I know what to do?

 

A:  Each machine arrives with an instructional CD to walk you through the operations of the machine.

Q:  Is it easy to maintain?

 

A: Typically speaking, the machine requires that the chain driving the motors receives a little grease once a year.  The bearings are of the highest quality and should never need to be greased.

Q:  What is the nozzle made of?

A: We use high quality polished steel for the construction of our nozzle.

Q:  Ordering my machine, deposit, refund...?

 

A: Each stuffing machine is custom manufactured.  It is our goal to meet every graphic design and specification request during the manufacturing process. As we all have individual tastes we require a non-refundable deposit at the time you place your order.
